About this house rental
Rental from seven nights - arrival / departure flexibility outside the periods July and August.
Rental from three nights for extended weekends from May-June and November.
The Maison des Bois Flottés consists of two individual and independent Gites between the ocean, the Salt Marshes of Guérande and the Briére park.
The lodging "VALENTIN" will allow you to spend a stay in complete independence, we will give you the keys on your arrival for total freedom during your stay.
It includes a spacious and bright living room with an equipped kitchen for your meals in your cottage, a TV relaxation area and dining area. Two large bedrooms, one with a double bed (160) and one with two beds (90), a bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks and toilets.
For the little ones, available according to your needs: travel cot, high chair and baby bath.
All on the ground floor for a surface of 68 m2, accessible and equipped to receive people with reduced mobility (PRM)
Its advantage: its shaded terrace out of sight (accessible to p.r.m) equipped with a garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue and its enclosed garden
We can make available in the cottage, sheets (bed made on arrival) towels and bath towels, kitchen linen (see price options) An end of stay cleaning option may be offered.
OPTIONS RATES to be confirmed no later than 48 hours before arrival
- Linen kit (sheets, towels, tea towels) € 15 / person for the duration of the stay
- Sheets only (or duvet cover) 12 € / per 160 bed / stay

During the July and August period, rentals are preferably fortnightly from Saturday to Saturday, outside this flexible arrival / departure and weekly stay period.
ON THE SPOT
Outdoor and private parking is reserved for you (1 to 2 spaces). On the site you will have access with other vacationers to a common laundry area, directly accessible from your cottage, at no extra charge. as well as WiFi Internet access.
A small welcome gift will be given to you upon your arrival and a rich tourist documentation at your disposal to help you discover or rediscover the region.
ENVIRONMENT
The cottage is located in a quiet, peaceful and wooded area, while being close to shops and entertainment. However, we advise you to have a means of transport.
We are 3 km from the Medieval city of Guérande and 6 km from the seaside and the salt marshes, near the Brière natural park. Cycling circuits and hiking trails nearby, will take you there for a discovery in complete safety and tranquility.
Near the Gite:

- Beaches at 7 to 10 kms (10 to 15 minutes) -
- Golf courses at 5 kms
