American kitchen open to the living room with dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, griddle
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, storage cupboard, South Balcony
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds convenient storage
Bathroom: 1 bath / shower, washbasin, WC
Entrance with separate toilet on the ground floor

The house is exactly as described in the listing and more! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all the kitchen equipment you'd need. The outside space is lovely with a great view of the golf course.
Check in was a bit confusing for us as there are two entrances to the Golf Residences which we didn't realise, so we ended up at the wrong one. Jocelyn helpfully sent up a dropped pin and we finally found the property.
The location is lovely, but a good 20 minute walk to the beach or into town. As you're away from the town centre, it's nice and quiet at night.
Moliets is a great place to stay with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from as well as miles of cycle ways to explore. And it has the best beaches - if only the sun had come out!!

We 2 adults and 2 14 year old boys had a womderful week in the apartment. It has got (almost) everything you need ( maybe a bodyboard or two would have been nice). The apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all you need. There is even a washing machine in the little kitchen area. The views on hole nine are very beautiful , it is quiet, close to the tennis courts, parking is available close by. There is a nice pool, which was never too busy and the walk to the beach an into town is not long. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Semaine au top. Maison très bien équipée tout le confort comme à la maison. Proximité plage, centre ville idéale mais au calme dans la verdure face au golf.
Nous étions venus pour une semaine de farniente et ce séjour a été une réussite.
Nous avons loué des vélos et les pistes cyclables bordent la maison .
Je recommande donc pour un séjour en famille ou entres amis .
