Location excellent close to arena and bars/ Restaurants.

The position of the apartment was ideal located in the centre. In the kitchen was everything you need. The apartment has a good size and was clean. One of the bedrooms was quite comfortable. The digital key to open the flat worked well.

The mattress in the smaller bed room was very uncomfortable. We had also problems to make the shower work. We did not like the procedure of the check in. According the guidelines of booking.com you have to provide an ID at the check in, which is fine. The host demanded from each of us photos, holding an ID and additionally proof of our addresses via WhatsApp before our arrival, which we felt uncomfortable with. We received this information only after we had booked the accomodation.

The whole entry procedure wasn’t easy. I had to download an app, which I couldn’t do as I couldn’t sign in to Google at the time. One double bed was broke and we had to tape it up to use it. Shower dial was broken so very hard to turn on. Only 2 mugs for the 4 of us. They needed all 4 of our driving licence details. Told us to make sure we had them on arrival as it would be checked. No one there on arrival, it was flats. Very odd, never had this before anywhere. They also took a 200 deposit and I didn’t get it back until over a week after the stay.
