Voil LA Mer Grotto Bay_ A Gem

Voir La Mer is true to the photographs posted on Booking.com. The home is clean, spacious, warm and inviting. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were good and working order. The location is perfect for an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. From the breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset, and if you are a stargazer like me, you will not be disappointed with the night sky. Like any Nature Reserve, there are the locals from bugs, snakes and the occasional deers, so it's for us Humans to respect their territory and be mindful. Sanet and Thomas thank you so very much for welcoming me to your home. I loved my stay and it was the perfect getaway. Grotto Bay is a Gem. From wildlife, clean beaches, friendly locals. I left with much gratitude.

We loved our stay. Your house is beautiful and comfortable. Welcoming.

We were met on time and the use of the house and complex was explained well. Felt very safe The views were stunning. Beautiful fireplace and living area. Gorgeous gardens. Beautiful main room. And other room With double bed. Beautiful deck and sun room. The couches are comfortable.

The guest toilet has marks in and the toilet seat is broken. That can be fixed and repaired. The small room could perhaps have a bunk bed in to accommodate 2 people better. The cleaner can maybe be more meticulous in the bathrooms. The kettle can be replaced.

Wifi was strong for working and power was always on. Solar geyser meat hot water always. Sunroom views were awsome, sunrise to sunset. Fire warms up the rest of the house. Soft towels.. Thumbs up. Thanks for the Wine, Cappuccinos etc. etc.

Grotto Bay is quaint, safe and secure. The beach was stunning, a beautiful part of the country.

The location was great, the view spectacular, and the noise of the ocean incredible.

A basket of braai wood might have made it easier for us so we could braai without having to wait for someone to bring to us.
