It's all about the location & the view when you stay at the lake!
You'll appreciate the convenient location, located 2 minutes from the main highway so you won't be driving miles and miles through curvy roads trying to find the right exit. Parkview Bay Condo Resort is a favorite by many, and is located close to the Osage Beach Outlet Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, family activities, night life, and more. By boat, this location is just a few minutes from Dog Days (mm 19).
This fully equipped 2 bed/2 bath condo sits right on the lake and offers 3 on-site pools & breathtaking views of both the water & the state park. It's ground level/no steps!
You'll love the extra space with this larger floor plan. The master suite has a king size bed, lake views, and a full bath. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds (lower bunks are full size; upper bunks are twin size and not suitable for adults).

*cable & wifi (cable boxes in the living room & also in the master bedroom)
*Covered balcony with patio furniture
*boat slip (12x30)
*Always professionally cleaned

You will love being up close & personal to the sights & sounds of the water!
Side Note: All issues mentioned by Eric W in the reviews section have been resolved. New thermostat has been installed. New curtains in the master bedroom. And Drano has taken care of the slow drain in the master bathroom. Also.....what you see is what you get. For example, the pictures show one couch and one chair in the living room. Please don't show up and expect extra couches to appear. Our fixtures and finishings are not high end. Please take note of that before booking. If you want / need granite countertops...this is not the condo for you. In a nut shell...this condo is simple & clean with a great location. But it's not high end & it's not fancy.
*No Pets, No Smoking.
*Gas fireplace is disconnected for safety purposes.
This condo is suitable for up to 6 guests. (if you have more than 6 guests in your party, this condo is not suitable for you; per Parkview Bay guidelines based on square footage)
*Must be 25 years old or older to rent
*Check out time is 10am (late check out available for repeat vacationers)

The condo was great for us because it was on ground level entrance. The owners were exceptionally nice and easy to work with. The condo was clean, spacious and had great views. It is extremely close to restaurants and shopping

No steps was a selling point for me. Pool very convenient for kids. King size mattresss was uncomfortable. Seating for only 4 people (couch and one chair) all uncomfortable. Table very small and stools uncomfortable for playing cards (ended up playing on the floor). Through no fault of the owners water was turned off at 8 am, very inconvenient. Basically the condo was great location but nothing great inside. Needs some comfy furniture after a long day in the sun.
