About this house rental
We are offering to short term lease this property for 3-12 months. We have rented in the past when people have moved here and their new home construction was not complete. The house comes fully furnished and ready for immediate move-in. Monthly rental is $5000 plus electricity.
As you are pulling through the gate and start up the winding hill begins the journey of fun and relaxation. The winding driveway opens up to a gorgeous house on the hill with a relaxing pool out back overlooking the Texas Hill country. The longhorns will be grazing on hay or grass in the pasture. This is where the relaxation begins.
On your right is the main house featuring 2 Master suites along with 2 other rooms with their own private bathrooms. Two full living areas for entertainment and out door patio space around the spectacular pool. The kitchen is a commercial kitchen with Subzero refrigerator and Thermador 6 burner/ double oven for preparing for the largest of gatherings. Gorgeous Hill Country views with amazing sunsets!

We rented this property for a 90th birthday celebration in July of 2021 and again for a family get together in July of 2022. It’s a beautiful property with plenty of room for activities and relaxation. Lisa and Kenny are wonderful hosts.

We enjoyed our stay “at the ranch”. The house was very nice and was even better than the pictures. Kenny & Lisa were very easy to deal with. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 9-76. We had a great time. I highly recommend this house.
