About this house rental
This is the main floor apartment in our home - it is very large and spacious and grand. Wonderful for entertaining. It is elegant and sophisticated. Wonderful King bed with en-suite bathroom - eat in kitchen. Dining table for 8. This floor can be combined with the penthouse floor to add more outdoor space and add another bedroom or they can remain separate with separate entrances. There are 2 separate seating areas and outdoor furniture to sit in the sun and enjoy pool and ocean views.
The home is located on aldma but cannot be access by car and you will need to climb stairs to access. Our manager would met at bottom of stairs to help with luggage and grocery stores do deliver.

Not easy to get to but that's part of what makes it special. Being up so high the views are fantastic and panoramic and it's far enough away from the noisy Malecon to not be disturbed but you still hear the city noises enough to enjoy the open air lifestyle and are close enough to walk everywhere. Nothing lacking in this wonderful place.
