About this house rental
This charming, stylishly furnished, 3 bedroom, open plan beach house is situated in a tranquil street in Goolwa South, close to the yacht club.
It is a great place for kids and grandparents.The well-maintained garden has lovely lawns, a large shady veranda for those hot days, and is fully fenced at the back.
The wide driveway can accommodate three cars and a couple of boat trailers.
There are small bikes, helmets and outdoor toys for our guests to use. There are at least four playgrounds within walking distance of the house and a reserve at the end of the street.
A 5 minute stroll from the house will take you to the riverfront, bars and cafes.
Goolwa beach is only minutes away (1.5km) by bicycle or car. A supermarket is conveniently located 500m from the house.
Relax in the spacious, open-plan living area with comfy sofas, air conditioning, heating, 42 inch LCD TV, DVD, ipod/CD/radio player, DVDs/BlueRay discs and a collection of board games, toys and books.
Or head outdoors to a large, covered eating area, complete with 6 person, outdoor eating set and 4 burner gas BBQ.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals.
Let the sounds of the sea send you to sleep in any of the two queen-sized beds and 2 single beds located in three bedrooms.
Please note, the property is strictly no pets, inside and outside.

Lovely spot, maybe a sticker somewhere with internet password as the writing on the modem is so small.

Very well maintained garden, home from home appeal. Everything we needed and well located a few minutes from shops, and the beach, of course! David and Brioney were good communicators, and we very pleased to have been offered a late-check out. Internet was good, happy children. Wonderful sea breezes through the house when opening the doors and windows (all with screens). Aircon was good, but we only needed it for one hour in 4 days! Bicycles for children available. Good to see heating on the walls in bedrooms if were to visit in winter, which is highly likely as the price point and facilities did not disappoint.
