Overall the property was okay. It is located right next door to the pool, so that is a plus. Also, fishing off the dock was fun! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It is also great for an early morning or evening walk with very little traffic. If you are traveling with young children, then the bunk beds may be ok for sleeping space. My almost 13 year old boy said the springs on the bunk mattress were very uncomfortable and opted to sleep on the sofa in the living room. Bring an extra roll of paper towels to keep in the half bathroom downstairs as well as hand soap so you can wash hands in there instead of going to the kitchen to wash after using that restroom, as there was no soap or hand towel in there. The air vents/registers and fans could use a good cleaning as they were built up with dust. I also let the host know of some safety concerns after my daughter got cut badly on the foot due to a screw sticking out of the floor in the bathroom entrance. Hopefully the entrances to the full bathrooms will be fixed, as they both are in need of repair.
