Great stay

Location was great, and host was very communicative .. the bike storage was very useful, its the perfect place for bikers

The sofa bed was not the comfiest, but we made it work. Maybe an extra padded sheet could be added to improve comfort

Very nice and spacious apartment, newly refurbished, everything nice and tidy. Two separate bedrooms with very comfy beds. Both kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, etc. (having a microwave oven in the kitchen would be an extra bonus!!). Excellent position of the apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, with parking spaces available nearby; within walking distance to the Finalborgo old town and the Finale Ligure riviera (groceries shop also nearby). There's even a storeroom for bicycles in the basement (which we didn't use this time).

Nothing in particular, everything met (or exceeded) our expectations!

It was awesome :)

We have been on vacation at Finale Ligure and stayed in one of Gianluca’s Appartments which was pretty modern and clean. Everything, really everything you need is inside. A/C (which is quite important during summer in Italy) was very modern as well, installed in each room and is working perfectly. The location of the Appartment is perfect as it’s just a few mins to the beach as well as just a few mins walk to the old city centre of Finale. (with a lot of restaurants and bars). During the night it’s very quite since the apartment is not directly at a Main Street what is a clear advantage as well. We had several questions and requirements and Gianluca always offered his help and provided an outstanding & excellent service. By far the best all 3 of us experienced so far. We thank you once again for this outstanding service & your hospitality. GRAZIE ! J, M & F

Very pleasant stay

We liked very much the attention of Gianluca. He was waiting for us late at night on our arrival. He has a garage for bikes which you can lock and it's very safe. We were carrying bikes. The apartment is recently refurbished and has AC and heating working fine. Gianluca gave us many tips and recomendations about where to eat in Finale, and also about the bike routes, etc... He was so kind with us.

Appartamento nuovo, carinissimo, silenzioso, con due camere da letto, bagno con una grande doccia e cucina super attrezzata. A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, ma con parcheggio gratuito e facile da trovare. Proprietario molto cordiale e check in flessibile. Grazie!
