Good amount of sand/dirt in the hot tub, not sure when it was cleaned last. Floor was dirty and needed to be swept. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Dishes in cabinets were dusty and some were not clean. Very steep drive way not sure if it would be useable or safe in snow or ice.

Check in was a breeze, they emailed and text the check-in info. The cabin was decently cleaned, behind the bathroom door was a lot of hair, dust and a bobby pin. There were crumbs on the couch and the toilet could use a good cleaning (dirty- you can tell their toilet brush hasn't hit a few spots in a while). Not so bad that I wouldn't stay again, it's still cleaner than most hotels! The big problem was that we didn't get to use the hot tub! We opened it our first night there and there was brown slimy stuff floating around in it and when we touched the side with our hands it was slimy. We called the property manager the next day and was told they'd get someone out to clean it. We waited and finally got a call that he had an emergency and would be there first thing the next morning. He came about 9:30ish and drained it, then the lady wiped it with Lysol cleaner. They then told us that filling it back up would take hours and they had to leave. Told us how to plug the breaker/fuse back in once we got it filled up and left!! We DID NOT fill it back up. It was our last day there and did not want to spend hours of our vacay doing their job for them! I let the property manager know about the situation when we checked out and she mailed us a 10% off card, no thanks! I was extremely disappointed that they thought 10% was a remedy! I'm sure they send those to most customers anyway! Hot tubs are a breeding ground for bacteria and wiping it down with Lysol, not adding or checking chemicals or checking the PH made the hot tub a BIG NO for us!!
