Location: ground floor apartment (single storey), with terrace and enclosed garden, in a small holiday residence, approx. 80 m from the access to Générelles beach (Tranc 14), approx. 200 m from its main access (Tranc 15) and 650 m from the shops in the town centre.

- 1 main room divided into a living room area, a lounge area with a sofa bed (2 pers.) and a small TV (flat screen) and a kitchen area (2-burner ceramic hob, 1 small 1-door fridge with 1 freezer compartment, 1 microwave, 1 mini-oven),
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) with storage,
- 1 bathroom (sink and shower cubicle) with WC.

Exterior: terrace (stone slab - 16 m²) with garden furniture, grill-plancha, 1 sun lounger. Private parking.
The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
