Charming cottage appreciated for its tranquility - Sleeps 5 (pets under 5 kg allowed only on request with a supplement) - L'AIGUILLON SUR MER, South Vendée - Abundant sunshine between Les Sables d'Olonne and La Rochelle
Accommodation located on Route de la Pointe, half countryside, half seaside, a sought-after location for fishing enthusiasts. 2800 m from the town center and a swimming lake - 4000 m from the beach - Property consisting of two independent houses, this one includes: A living room with a lounge area, TV, reversible air conditioning, and a sofa bed (sleeps 1) - a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. - A bedroom with a double bed. - A second bedroom with a double bed - A bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin - Two toilets - Washing machine - Sunny garden with garden furniture and barbecue for a truly relaxing holiday. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings. Wi-Fi rental with a 5G box is available for €40/week.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l'Aiguillon-sur-Mer. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal : accès facile à vélo ou en voiture aux commerces, activités nautiques (mention spéciale pour le wakepark) et les plages, mais suffisamment éloigné pour être au calme.
La maison est agréable, très bien équipée mais nécessiterait un petit rajeunissement et un extérieur un peu plus végétalisé ! Le seul bémol : une literie pas très confortable...
Nous pourrions envisager de revenir sans hésitations :-)

Maison agréable et bien équipée. Propriétaires très accueillants.
Nous regrettons qu'il n'y ait pas de bains de soleil, pour la lecture ou la bronzette, vu la superficie du terrain.
