A bathroom with a washing machine and separate toilet is included.
Additionally, there is a terrace where you can enjoy meals in the sun or in the shade using the two provided parasols.
Just a 15-minute walk from the town center, and with direct access to the seafront, Centre Commercial 2000 is only a 1-minute walk away, offering a pharmacy, bakery, Super U and Casino, restaurants, and more.
You will also have a private parking space and a bicycle rack in the residence.
Please note: personal linen is not provided (sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.), keys must be collected at the agency, and pets are allowed for an additional €30.

Cet appartement de plein pied était l idéal pour nous qui avons un petit chien âgé, il pouvait sortir sur la terasse quand il voulait.
De plus situé à proximité des commerces, restaurants et de la mer, nous avons peu utilisé la voiture.
Appartement bien agencé et bien équipé. De plus résidence calme à cette période, nous avons pu nous reposer.

Ensemble demande un nettoyage en profondeur.
Manque d'entretien au niveau extérieur. Manque de mobilier extérieur ( relax et barbecue pour 6 personnes), ne pas oublier que ce sont des locations de vacances!!!!
