LA TRANCHE SUR MER: 1,000 m from the town center shops and the Super U supermarket (15-minute walk) and 1,600 m from Générelles beach. Detached, single-story house (built in 2001) on a large, wooded plot (1,500 m²).
Layout: dated features.
- One main room opening onto the terrace, comprising:
-> A living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2)
-> and a kitchenette (refrigerator, four-burner electric cooktop, oven, microwave).
- One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Outside: Terrace with garden furniture - 1,500 m² of wooded grounds with lawn. Parking on the property.
End-of-stay cleaning available upon reservation: €60 flat rate. Linens are not provided. One pet allowed: €25.
Electricity consumption will be charged extra during the low season (January 1st to June 15th and September 15th to December 31st).
Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption will be charged extra during the off-season.

La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
