We fell in love with the cozy and cocooning spirit of this 3* property, in a quiet environment while being close to places of interest.
In Saint Jean de Luz, 10 minutes walk from Erromardie beach, beautiful 3-star apartment on the 2nd floor of a residence without elevator located in a private park with a shared swimming pool.
It consists of a tastefully decorated living/dining room with a sofa bed and an open-plan equipped kitchen, all opening onto a beautiful furnished terrace.
The night area includes a bedroom with a large 160 cm bed and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. A private outdoor parking space will complete the set.
Ideal for a quiet holiday close to the ocean and the city center, with friends or family.
Please note: This furnished accommodation has been rated 3 stars by the ICH, an evaluation body for tourist accommodation, accredited by COFRAC (French Accreditation Committee).
Please note: the communal swimming pool is open from June 17 to September 16 depending on weather conditions and excluding regulatory annual maintenance work

Bel appartement. Bien situé. Calme . Propre. Proximité plage

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la plage d'Erromardie, dans une résidence très calme. Le salon cuisine est spacieux, cuisine bien équipée et literie confortable. Vue mer et coucher de soleil fabuleux. L'emplacement de parking est un plus cependant d'autres résidents se garent juste derrière la place attitrée ce qui rend la manœuvre difficile. La piscine est agréable mais très fraîche et nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de chaises longues pour s'assoir surtout pour une femme enceinte.
