LA TRANCHE SUR MER, close to the town center and within walking distance of all shops, 2-room rental attached to a house. Comprising: 1 living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 2 bunk beds), 1 shower room, 1 toilet, and a private, enclosed terrace with garden furniture. 1 parking space.
Amenities: 1 electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, vacuum cleaner, dishes and cutlery, 1 washing machine, 1 television, 1 refrigerator, and 1 awning.
End-of-stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided.
Location: approximately 600 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the shops with a twice-weekly market.
