The Sun Room at The "COTTAGE"

The space: This is unique, Sunny space, it seems like a garden when you enter the property, very quaint and relaxing. The Sun Room is special to me, It has been the quiet prayer room many times for a get away. You have a small size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot for a cup of brew, small desk to work on and a HDTV & Wi Fi. You have the use of all the common areas in my home, There is a large kitchen with double ovens, microwave, 6 burner stove, dishwasher and all the small appliances, There are so many dishes and pots and pans to use to cook up a storm. Enjoy it. There is many places to sit and enjoy what you have cooked. Like a small table in kitchen, a snack bar and dining table in the dining room. In the living room you will find comfortable furniture to relax and watch the Big Screen 75" TV. You have the use of the laundry facilities with laundry soap provided with a guest label on the shelf above appliances, just a short step away. There are many places to just relax on the property. There is a Gazebo with outdoor furniture to just sit and read a book, or on the upper patio is another sitting area. Out in the back by the garden area is another resting area, and of course there is the sun porch right by your door with chairs and tables to eat your lunch or dinner on after you have barbecued on the barbecue. Just enjoy my home while your hear. This is a great space to enjoy your home away from home. Plenty of off street parking.
