Layout of the whole environment Very friendly staff. Lilliana was excellent.However, she was the only person serving 4-5 groups for breakfast. She was fantastic but may be good for her to have some support.

No cushions on the seats in the restaurant. More fruit for breakfast

Wonderful hotel with great customer service. Liliana was super helpful. You definitely need a car to leave the property and explore. Perfect if you want a small boutique hotel who really care about the guests. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The rooms have the most amazing view! I’ve never stayed anywhere like it. Absolutely stunning and so peaceful! We stayed two nights and wished we had stayed longer. Our room was a little small but we had access to the second swimming pool which made it a bit more private and the view was definitely a bonus. If you want good food, the menu in the restaurant is to die for. Originally we planned to go out to dinner but after our first night we knew we had to come back so decided to have all our meals on site. I couldn’t fault this gem of a place. I believe there’s only 7 or 8 suites so if you’re looking for a place to reset this is it!

Our suite was on the small side but it was very clean and the view made up for it.

Unfortunately, the restaurant service was disappointing. There was a mistake with our order, and although the main dish was eventually replaced, the sides were left on the table and had gone cold by the time the correct dish arrived. We ended up having a grilled steak instead of what we originally ordered but were still charged the same price. It’s a shame, as this experience overshadowed what could have been a truly great stay and the great food overall. I would assume that the restaurant staff would pay attention specially to guests and in fact the complete opposite happened.
