About this apartment rental
This modern and cosy Studio ( one of 3 our Entire home/Apt located in the same building ) is located on a quiet street, a 2 minute drive from city beach and with access to all major attractions such as Plitvice and Rastoke Waterfalls.
The Neighborhood:
Your dream home is situated 25 mins of drive from Plitvice Lakes and only 2 mins of drive from Rastoke Waterfalls and beach on the river Korana.
Plitvice Lakes are the most known Croatian National Park with 16 Lakes and they are registered in the UNESCO Register of World Natural Heritage.
Beside Plitvice Lakes I also recommend that you take a time and visit Rastoke Waterfalls. Rastoke - "Small Plitvice" is historical water-miling settlement on the 2 rivers that makes the beautiful rapids, waterfalls and cascades. The ambiance that shows how a human can live in harmony with the nature.
Lots of unique cafes and bars, romantic restaurants with terraces on the falls and streams, to enjoy a drink or dinner "al fresco" and soak-up the ambiance with a light breeze. Several meters far away is the city beach.
Some of the activities available in the surrounding area: swimming on the rivers Korana and Mreznica (summer months), sightseeing historic ruins such as old town Slunj with castle Zrinski and Frankopan (during the ottomans occupation), Napoleon's castle (during the French occupation), Barac Caves, kayaking, rafting on the river Mreznica, horseback riding, zip - line, rock climbing, abseiling+caving, bowling, fishing, ATV - tour (quad), paintball, archery...
I'm sure you will found something for yourself.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire Apartment as well as the terrace.
Free Wi-Fi access throughout the flat (even on the terrace).
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
House Rules:
When you book your reservation, please include a brief note letting us know a little about you and your other guests, what time you'll arrive & depart, and any other details that will help us fine tune the details of your visit.

The price is for 1 or 2 guests sharing the bed. Your reservation can be upgraded to include bedding for the sofa beds,(1 double and 1 single; up to 3 additional guest) for an extra fee of 13 € per night.
If you'll have only 2 guests, but won't share the bed & want to also use the sofa bed, make your reservation as if there will be 3 guests, (and please let us know your situation in advance so we'll have enough bedding for you).

Please - No smoking in the apartment or in the building.

No shoes on carpets please - rest of the flat is wooden floors and shoes are ok there.

• Please remember this isn't a hotel - the right way is to leave things as you found them. This means cleaning up after yourself as much as possible in the kitchen, etc.

We stayed several places around Croatia and this home was out favorite! It was beautiful inside and they really took time to have the little things to make us feel comfortable. There were ready coffee packets with cream and sugar and tea (that I then had to buy at the grocery store for our remaining vacay lol) and american plugs for the outlets. The kitchen was stocked with everything, netflix, a beautiful property and comfy linens! The owner was great to talk to as well. really, just a very awesome family and home.
