The grounds has plenty of parking for visitors to park their trailers and boats to enjoy the water. Launch your boat at the Algonac boat launch located less than 1 mile away and enjoy world class boating and fishing, especially Walleye fishing.
The house itself was recently updated with new furniture and décor. It is very spacious with tons of room for lots to enjoy. It has breathtaking views through large bay windows of the St. Clair River where one can sit and enjoy watching the freighters, fisherman and wildlife drift by.

Very nice landlord named Matt. Place has beautiful views and has nice beds. The only thing to make sure you are aware of is there is no Air Conditioning so a couple of the nights was difficult sleep. Fortunately it was fairly mild during our July stay. Parking is good but if you are pulling boats just be aware that there are curbs that sit up high on the edge of the entire driveway and make it a little tricky pulling boats in without scraping trailer wheels / Sides of tires. Overall though my guests had a great time and Matt was responsive each time I texted him about something... nice folks.

Property was perfect for a friends fishing weekend! Close proximity to the town and boat launches as well as beautiful lawn away from the neighbors. House is bigger than it appears and the pictures don’t do it justice! Upstairs day room is awesome!

Wonderful home just a few feet from the river, wonderful big yard with a nice fire pit, wood and corn hole. Spacious upstairs dining/game table and large living room with TV. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, room for many cars in driveway. We have several kids and a brother that live nearby visiting us. Everyone loved it. Short walk to Dairy Queen, easy drive to downtown, ferry and park. Kroger is about 2 miles away

Super location for us. We are part of two very large family's with deep roots in Pearl Beach and Algonac. We will be back.
