Just minutes away from local beaches, restaurants and golfing, this 4 bedroom farmhouse is perfect for any visiting family. The one acre property includes a deck and mature trees for privacy. Relax overlooking the nearby pond, or in the small screened in porch to enjoy the sounds and sights of nature. In town for a sporting event, or taking the Magdalen Island Ferry? Your destination is 10 kms away. You might even have time to stop for a coffee at one of the local shops. Are tuna charters more your thing? The nearest harbour is 10-12 kms away.
This spacious farmhouse includes a porch with office desk and chair, an open concept main level that includes kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom. You may watch the sun rise from the screened in front veranda or enjoy the sun set from the large back deck complete with glass patio doors. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms including 3 queen beds, 1 single and 1 toddler bed. There is a large linen closet and one complete bathroom as well.

This is the second time this year I've brought family members over to the Island--it's our go-to place for a vacation. The house and property are spacious, clean, and very well kept. There are loads of beaches nearby, and shopping in Souris is just a few minutes away. I highly recommend this property, and any time I'll be travelling to PEI, I'll be checking to see if it's available. Thanks so much, Erica!

Everything was great--clean, roomy, lots of outdoors to explore. All the condiments and extras-both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The owner even left us a large carton of farm-fresh eggs. I highly recommend it!!!

The home was clean and a great place to go and day trip to other parts of the island. We enjoyed it very much.

This was such a great place. Your summer home is so nice and homey. Everything you need to be comfortable. We had a rainy 2 days but the home made it so enjoyable.
Would love to come back again next year for our fishing trip. Not ruling out coming again this year if things work out. We hope you'll have us again
