Our non-smoking apartment with its own parking space is the ideal home for your vacation time. Enjoy the family and cozy atmosphere of our house with the quiet private terrace. Here the Lamer Winkel lies at your feet, the panorama of our eight-thousanders inspires you to the most beautiful excursions and hikes in the surrounding mountains. No matter what you want to do, Osser, Großer Arber or our Osserbad are easy to reach. Relax on your own panoramic terrace after an eventful day.
Since the multi-family house (2 apartments) is built on a slope, the apartment is just as ground floor as the main apartment and thus the entrance to the apartment can be reached with its own access without barriers and without stairs.
The equipment includes:
Radio telephone (own number), flat screens (entertainment incl. Sky Bundesliga) in the bedroom as well as in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, separate freezer, cozy corner seat, modern wellness shower, permanently installed safe, washing machine incl. Dryer, barbecue grill (pizza, groceries ...), house specks etc.
Towels and bed linen (beds are made) are available free of charge.
Additional blankets and pillows on request.

You can also use the Internet via WiFi free of charge.
All entertainment programs can be recorded and viewed at a later date.
