About this apartment rental
The currently used part of this very old, centuries-old stone structure is located in the ancient noble "Monte" district.
It consists of a garage (where booking is possible to park cars of medium size, the entrance door is 212 cm wide) on the ground floor, a studio loft on the first floor and a second apartment with both bathroom and kitchen autonomous.
The building (to which the house is included) is part of an ancient building, which up until the beginning of the 20th century included the "Convent and the Church of S. Agata" subsequently demolished. In the areas under recovery there are antique frescoes, ancient floors, railings and wrought iron artefacts.
The recovery / restoration of the building contributes to allowing our battered old town rich in art, history, traditions .. live and continue to be usable rather than disappear, so we are not just putting so much passion ...
It is accessed from via Vittorio Enanuele n. 47 (one of the main streets of the historic center) that is located near some of the most important monuments of the city and is a few meters from the historic Municipal Library, from the Church of St. Anna, from that of S. Ignazio di Loyola, from the Aragonese Castle and a few hundred meters from Piazza DUOMO, Piazza Garibaldi ...
The apartment overlooks one of the main streets of the center and is a few hundred meters from Piazza DUOMO and Piazza Garibaldi; from the kitchen you can admire a splendid view of the CATHEDRAL, while the balcony of the bedroom (located on Via Vittorio Emanuele), protrudes over the wonderful prospect of the Church of S. Anna.
Via Vittorio Emanuele you can watch ALL religious, folk, artistic .. (religious parades of the Diocese of Piazza Armerina, parades of the Palio dei Normanni, ..)
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, on request you can park your car in the garage.
Considering that the building structure is in stone and the walls have considerable thickness does not need air conditioning.
It consists of a large bedroom with a balcony, equipped with a double bed and a single.
Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath / shower.
Living room with sofa bed (one place) and TV.
Kitchen equipped with everything you need.
It is supplied bed linens, bathroom and kitchen.
To ensure a comfortable stay and the beginning of honoring TRADITIONAL HOSPITALITY 'SICILIANA are offered: fresh fruit in addition to the basic necessities (water, coffee, milk, tea, ..).
There are no specific restrictions, of course it is hoped civilized behavior.

Merci a Felipe pour son accueil. Appartement situé au deuxième étage dans le cente historique de la ville mais relativement bien accessible. Il est propre,vaste, bien équipé avec un fond de cuisine, des fruits et autres produits très appréciables. Tout le nécessaire est présent. Même le chauffage!
Dommage, quelques détails négatifs à noter : la circulation des voitures dans la rue sur les pavés la nuit peut être dérangeant, la douche dans la baignoire n'est pas très accessible et un peu exigüe,
Surcout de 44€ à payer à l'arrivée pour le garage et les taxes (2 personnes pour 4 jours ) . Le garage n'est pas facilement accessible mais nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue pas très loin facilement la nuit. Peut être n'avons nous pas bien lu l'annonce.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung war sehr schön gelegen und so schön eingerichtet.
Das Ehepaar Franchini, Angela und Lippo, war super-supernett. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Vielen Dank noch einmal und vielleicht kommen wir noch mal.

From our first meeting with Filippo who helped us with parking our car we had a lovely stay. We especially loved sitting in the kitchen with a view of the church dome and very entertaining cats who would jump down onto our roof. A great location and good dining tips from Filippo.

Con la mia famiglia (io,mia moglie, 2 bambini e 1 cane) abbiamo soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento situato proprio nel centro storico di Piazza Armerina per il ponte del 1 maggio.Ci siamo trovati molto bene,l'appartamento è comodo, dotato di molti confort e i proprietari sono persone squisite,ci hanno fatto trovare tutti i beni di prima necessità (acqua,latte, biscotti,frutta fresca,pasta,caffè ecc) e in più hanno appositamente portato una cesta con dei giocattoli a disposizione dei nostri bimbi. Parcheggio libero a pochi metri dall'appartamento. Consigliato!
