About this villa rental
This property is a modern 4-bedroom villa. It has a pool and spacious terraces. Both inside and out the views are spectacular. From the ground floor, as well as from all rooms, the sea and countryside views are stunning. All rooms are spacious and well decorated, with modern furniture and plenty of natural light. This is one of the most beautiful villas in the Eastern Algarve.
The villa is situated on top of a hill and through the driveway with electric gates goes to the Villa. The villa, pool and terraces are south facing. On the west side by the kitchen is the outdoor dining area, with comfortable furniture, barbecue and outdoor sink. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and plenty of sun loungers.
On the ground floor are the kitchen, a very spacious living room with TV, guest bathroom, laundry room and an en-suite double bedroom.
The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and the third is en-suite.
It is located near Monte Rei Golf and Country Club, about 10 minutes from the beach and about a 20-minute drive from central Tavira.

A casa é muito bonita e acolhedora, equipada com tudo o que faz falta. Fomos sempre muito bem atendidos quando necessitamos algo. Por infortúnio do incêndio, tivemos alguns imprevistos, os quais foram sempre resolvidos com brevidade e simpatia. Os nossos agradecimentos também ao Filipe, sempre prestável e profissional. Sem dúvida, uma excelente estadia!

Literies très très sales !!!!! salon de jardin en très mouvais état, voir table même dangereuse pour les enfants !!! villa très occupée par les propriétaires ! pas de place pour vous installez . Très déçue vue le prix !!!
