About this house rental
This vacation home is located at 324 Morpeth Street, four blocks to the beach and downtown. This home features three (3) bedrooms and one and a half (1.5)bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a dishwasher and microwave. All rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. The house has a deck in the front and back. There is a fire pit. The BBQ is equipped with 2 propane tanks. We have comforters on all beds, however you will have to bring you own linens. There is one queen bed, one double bed and two twin beds as well as a small roll away suitable for a child.

Listing shows washer and dryer, not there. Ceiling fans with lights not working in one bedroom and kitchen. Outdoor porch light not working and several electrical outlets not working. Otherwise this property is very workable for a family stay.
