Arden Hill Farm House is only 2.5 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon and in close proximity to all of the Shakespeare Tourist Attractions. The historic market town of Henley-in-Arden, which boasts numerous pubs and quality restaurants is also nearby, along with Warwick, Kenilworth and the Cotswolds.

A large country farm house ideally suited for groups of 10 – 16 persons for family celebrations, group holidays, Hen Holidays, special events, or any special occasion.

A well equipped property with 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Lovely lounge, with large screen TV and Sky Sports & Sky Movies, farmhouse dining room, spacious well equipped breakfast kitchen, snooker room all add to this delightful property.

A large south facing patio with luxury hot tub also compliment the house, creating a relaxing lifestyle. Arden Hill Farm House is a large property in a countryside setting with magnificent grounds and stunning far reaching views that must be seen to be believed.

Walking is an absolute delight with an abundance of wildlife, a natural environment with historic tracks and canal towpaths nearby. There are many local pubs and restaurants nearby. Many groups like the extra luxury of booking caterers, entertainments, beauty therapists, bike hire etc.

Appalling communication

Appalling communication

The cottage was fine and the location in particular was fantastic. We had a lovely weekend. However, I would like to share our disappointment at the communications we had - specifically the checking-in info and instructions emails. 1. Firstly, as the main booker for the group, I received a total of EIGHT instruction emails that were duplicative, unclear and poorly written. The emails were full of warnings about fines for damages to different parts of the property which was not very welcoming. Why do you not take a deposit? 2. The check-in was completely over the top at almost 2 hours in length. We were judged as people who were likely to have a party which was completely unfounded. 3. One of the emails stated that check-in was from 2.30pm and that we needed to give 30 mins notice of our eta. However, when the first guests arrived at 5ish they were made to feel guilty about arriving ‘late’ even though we had never agreed that we’d check in at 2.30pm or any other time. 4. One of the emails included a check-in checklist which we were asked to print out and bring. I have never known a rental property to ask such a thing of a customer! We don’t have a printer so I requested that the owners bring a copy. They did not and were aggrieved that we had not brought a print-out. Fortunately these issues did not spoil our weekend but we would think twice about booking with Shakespeare Holidays again.

Excellent facilities and enabled us to have a wonderful time. The house was big enough that all of the families could either spend time together or doing their own things. Would be good to bring a bbq and washing line.

Excellent few days

Excellent few days

We stayed with family for a belated celebration of our Diamond Wedding Anniversary. The house suited our requirements perfectly. It was very clean and well appointed, although the bathrooms are getting a little tired-looking and could really do with up-dating. It is well positioned for visiting a range of interesting places, while providing respite from crowded places and lovely views from the front terrace, which is perfect for evening meals. no hesitation in recommending.

Great venue and helpful staff

From the point of initial enquiry, staff were very helpful with everything and prompt in responding to queries. Well maintained property with useful local recommendations- this made for an excellent stag do venue. Good amount of outdoor space, plus the Hot Tub and Snooker table gave a unique feel to the place. Ample room and space for our group. A wonderful weekend- thank you!

Loved this property for a group get together in the country. Hot tub and nice garden are great additions and good amount of space for the 14 of us. Would recommend!
