• Booking Requirements: You must be at least 25 years old to book. Please provide a copy of your driver's license and sign our rental agreement to confirm your reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested in writing to [email protected] at least 60 days in advance for a refund, minus a $150 cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, no refunds will be issued. Travel insurance is recommended.
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking in the unit (deep cleaning fee applies for smoking), no groups under 25, and no house parties. No locals allowed. Motorcycles are allowed, but trailers are not.
• Access to Beach & Pier: Just 75 yards to the beach and a short walk to Cherry Grove Pier.
• Perfect for Groups: With 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, this property comfortably accommodates large groups.
Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

This was our second time staying here and we love it.plenty of room for our group of 18,and i love that there are 7 bathrooms.walk across the road to the beach.we will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay while on Christmas break.The place was nice in a very nice nice location.

Enjoyed the location (close to the beach), but not many attractions near by. Great for a large group, but house needs some updating, a paint job and furniture replacements. For example, the dining room table was horribly stained and the hallway walls were dirty and faded. There was a minor roach problem, a leaky dish washer, non-functioning televisions and the ceiling in one of the bathrooms started falling. A nice home, but needs to be invested in.
