About this villa rental
Villa Ulika Makarska is located in the city of Makarska on the southern slopes of the mountain Biokovo. Villa Ulika Makarska is situated at completely quiet environment away from traffic noise and city crowds. The spacious comfortable villa provides complete luxury and a modern interior paying attention to every detail. Provides a complete experience of luxury where you will enjoy every moment spent in it. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with open pool view and sunbathing area. Also near the pool there is an outdoor dining area protecting from the sun where you can spend time during the hot summer days. A stone barbecue as well located few steps away from the pool. On the ground floor there is also a very nice modern kitchen with bar chairs and spacious dining room with a toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with bathrooms and balconies overlooking the sea. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third room has two single beds. At the top of the house is a roof terrace that guarantees complete privacy arranged for relaxation and enjoyment. From the terrace there is a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the sea. For enjoyment and relaxation there is a jacuzzi, sauna, mini bar, sun loungers and outdoor furniture. The terrace provides moments for a lifetime of memory.
Villa Ulika provide garage and parking space in the front of the house as well.
Makarska is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast, attractive for its nature and good climate, rich in tourist attractions and full of hospitable hosts. To this day, Makarska is known for its very long beach, which is almost 2 kilometers long. The walkways are lined with pine trees and surrounded by luxury hotels, tourist facilities, and gastronomical havens, and there is plenty of fun for both adults and children.

Die Villa ist wirklich hervorragend eingerichtet.
Jedes Doppelzimmer ist mit einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet. Sehr gute Betten. Viel Stauraum in den Schränken.
2 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss mit Balkon und Meerblick, ein weiteres im Untergeschoss mit Zugang zum Garten.
Die Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich befindet sich ebenfalls im Untergeschoss. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas mager, aber wenn man nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anstellt ist auch dies kein Problem.
Besonders hat uns der Whirlpool und die Sauna auf der Panoramadachterrasse mit Meer und Bergblick gefallen. Leider funktionierte es nur nicht so gut gleichzeitig, weil eine Sicherung immer wieder rausschlug. Wurde dem Vermieter gemeldet und wird hoffentlich behoben.
Auf der Dachterrasse befinden sich Loungemöbel, die jedoch nur für 4 Personen ausgelegt ist und könnte noch erweitert werden.
Es war alles sehr sauber und hygienisch. Vermieter war freundlich und es verlief alles sehr unkompliziert.
Die Altstadt von Makarska ist schön und es gibt auch viele Möglichkeiten gut essen zu gehen.
Beim Einkaufen erhält man im Kaufland und Lidl auch sehr viele deutsche Produkte. Umgebung von Makarska ist wunderschön, vor allem die hohen Felsberge im Hintergrund. Den Ausflug zum Zlatni Rat können wir nicht empfehlen. Viel zu überlaufen und auch nicht so spektakulär wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Da haben uns die einsameren Buchten bei Podgora viel besser gefallen. Sehr klares türkisfarbenes Wasser, nette Bedienung an der Strandbar Luc mit hausgemachtem Kirschlikör.
Im September auch sehr ruhig hier. Wetter war auch hervorragend, 23-27Grad und das Meer war relativ warm.
Villa und Ort absolut zu empfehlen!
