Magnificent Lakeside Home

Love the views from the pool and pergola.Decor was incredible.

Very comfortable home in Cape Coral. King size beds were great. Great water pressure in walk in shower in the master bedroom. Wonderful view over the inground pool of the inland canal. In the evening the lights across the canal were lovely in the distance. Very friendly and safe neighbourhood, with grocery and pharmacy close by. Property manager was very responsive and flexible. All great! We would absolutely rent this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and well equipped. The pool was nice and the view was spectacular! We really enjoyed the sitting area down by the water. Carlos was so quick to respond and very helpful with all of our questions. We look forward to our next stay.

Normally, I don’t read reviews or leave reviews, but in this case, I should have taken TRUST the negative review that one of the pass renters left The Home had a wonderful view of the canal and the houses around it. What was really needed more was attention to detail to the home. The bathtub caulking needs to be clean. Bathtub floor was dirty grills outside. Barbecue grills were dirty underneath the outdoor grill was loaded with a lot of stuff. The house itself was cluttered with too much stuff The drawers had nothing but junk in them the kitchen could’ve been stock with better utensils. We even had to go out and buy a can opener because the two that were in the house did not work.One day we had a clogged sink. I was unable to find a plunger, but I was able to find seven toilet brushes in a house with two bathrooms. We found a dead lizard on the couch cushion when we arrive, we had to defrost the refrigerator because it was built up with so much ice that it was leaking on the floorRed garbage can underneath the counter was so dirty that there were bugs on the top and bottom of the trash canAnything that I’ve stated I have photos to share Feel free to contact me if you would like to see these photos.the reviews were excellent. Read your reviews I normally don’t take to heart negative reviews, But if you’re thinking about renting this unit, take what I say to heart don’t think you’re renting a place that says EXCELLENT when it was just OK.
