Located at the quiet end of Siesta Key, across from Turtle Beach, this unit has a direct water view. Nearby Siesta Beach was voted The Best Beach in America by Dr. Beach, America's Foremost Beach Expert. Imagine awakening to the sunrise over picturesque Sarasota Bay and toasting as the sun sets over the Gulf.

Included is an oversized heated pool with a cabana overlooking the bay and a smaller more private heated pool next to your unit, 49 boat docks for boating and fishing, two lighted tennis courts, a recreation room with a kitchen, and large flat-screen TV for parties, billiard and ping pong rooms, on-site management, men's and women's fitness rooms, lending library, 2 picnic areas with gas grills great for dining directly on the bay, wifi, seasonal parties, Yoga, water aerobics, card games, and other activities. Free Trolley service is available across the street and goes directly to Siesta Beach, Siesta Village, and any other destination on Siesta Key.

Wake up to beautiful sunrises and end your day with a short walk to Turtle Beach for sunsets. The first floor condo, beautifully decorated and well stocked is 30ft from the ICW allowing for dolphin and pelican viewing almost daily and easy access to the pools. Larry was a great host ensuring all our needs were met. We plan on returning.

The condo was awesome! We were blown away with how well stocked it was. It was one of cleanest places we have ever rented. The large swimming pool was amazing as I was able to swim my mile every morning!!! Can't wait to return!

We stayed at this fantastic property on Siesta Key for all of March 2022. The apartment was beautiful, immaculate and beyond well stocked. Incredible view of Little Sarasota Bay (and sunrise daily) and 5 minute walk to Turtle Beach and sun-set every day over the Gulph. Larry (owner) couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating and provided everything necessary for our stay excepting food. Would stay again in a heart-beat. This property is at the "quiet" end of Siesta Key, and while we drove most mornings to Siesta beach for long walks (the sand there is amazing and the beach exceptionally walkable) , we loved losing the crowds as we returned to our "home" with its 2 pools, great views and comfortable ambience. Everything in the condo was comfortable, including the king-size bed, and being on the first floor allowed us to walk out onto the grass and enjoy the bay and views. Early in our stay, the microwave went kaput, and Larry showed up 2 days later with guys to install a new one. Loved our whole experience there.
