About this apartment rental
The Casa Bella has a living-dining room with open kitchen and a separate bedroom with shower room, and a partly covered terrace with garden, suitable for two to max. four persons.
It is located high above Lake Maggiore in a very quiet panoramic position close to many hiking trails and still in the village of Agra in a residential area.
The cozy equipment is with dishwasher, gas stove and kl. Grill oven, and fridge freezer and all necessary kitchen appliances, high quality furniture and garden furniture and a pellet stove (from October to April to use) for all needs very well suited.

Located above Luino, the next largest town right on Lake Maggiore, known for the weekly Wednesday market. Here is a good starting point for boat trips to the many attractions around the lake such. B. Cannero, Isola Bella & Madre, Arona etc., as well as Cannobio on Sunday to the market, tours to the Centovalli (CH), to the Lago Delio. You can also relax from here by train or bus to Milan (1 hour drive) and saves the stress of your own car.
Of course you can swim in Lake Maggiore on one of the many beaches. Lugano can be reached in about 25 minutes by car for a shopping afternoon. The
Foxtown Outlet is also about 40 minutes away in Switzerland. Other excursions z. B. in the outlets of Alessi, Zegna etc. in Piedmont.
Around the lake there are numerous mountains, valleys and rivers, partly nature reserves ideal for hiking and mountain biking

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage am Ende des Dorfes. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber
und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer grossen Küche. Grosser Garten mit Blick auf den Lago.
Wer die Ruhe sucht ist dort am richtigen Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und professionell.

Siamo appena ritornati a Milano dopo cinque settimane ospiti di Suz e già ci manca. La casa è molto accogliente ed il paesaggio che si gode dal giardino ritempra lo spirito. Il paese di Agra è l'ideale dove rifugiarsi in periodo di Coronavirus. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit wunderbarere Aussicht . Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden sogar ein Pelletofen so dass auch Winterabende ein Erlebnis sind.

Die Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse, Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und schönem Garten bietet alles, was man braucht, um einen erholsamen Aufenthalt zu genießen. Die Lage für die Erkundung der Umgebung ist sehr gut. Von Agra aus ist man in 15 min in Luino, aber auch das Hinterland ist gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist immer ansprechbar und die Kommunikation auch in Vorbereitung auf die Anreise hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.
