Roupas de cama e toalhas pareciam sujas e o apto estava com um cheiro horrível de vômito. Localização boa.

Da localização , a conservação e segurança do edifício. O ar condicionado é ótimo.
O apto com paredes sujas, cortina velha e sem vedação. Móveis quebrados , velhos e estragados. A gaveta da bancada da cozinha quebrada. Roupas de cama e de banho, de péssima qualidade e mal lavadadas. Uma cadeira com o assento rasgado, precisou ser trocada. O pior de tudo é o barulho, do gerador de refrigeração, do supermercado embaixo, 24 horas, insuportável. Só fiquei, pois o pagamento é obrigatório ser antecipado, sem direito a devolução. Fico admirado, como o Booking, permite sem revisão, manter aquele tipo de hospedagem.
