If you need a oool.this one isn’t working

It’s located at an ok spot and seemed cleaned. The staff was great.

False advertising. They say they have a pool. We got there to see it’s not been operating for a long time.

The hotel ownership has recently changed, so there is painting and floor tile removal going on. Was looking forward to the rooftop terrace, but closed due to construction. Room windows did not open and were opaque.

I didn't kow there was a breakfast. I got in at close to 3 in the morning. THe staff greeted me at the door, got me checked in within a minute and I went to sleep. I was exhausted from a 13 hour travel day and could barely talk. I loved the room- it was perfect for me. I was in room #10.

I loved everything about the hotel. It would be nice to have the pool open 24.7, for people like me who are up at all hours of the night.

Recommend Hotel Andy for a comfortable stay in an arty environment.

Art gallery vibe, very clean, great bed linens and cushy pillows. Wonderful hot shower. Easy walk to center and parks. Friendly staff, very hospitable. Excellent WiFi.

Not a big negative but the central atrium carried voices and music. Usually off by 10 pm.

Unique hotel on Querétaro!

The theme/design really makes it unique. Our room was right in the front so super convenient to get to. The bed was super comfortable! A/C was a plus! Location was great too!

The restroom felt a little small. In addition, the shower didn’t look as clean as I expected for high rated hotel. The grout could be better cleaned. Shower pressure was soft. Truthfully, these are all minor and anyone could make this work.

Good value, good location with friendly staff

Good location if you want to visit the Historic Centre. Good value for money, friendly staff and always interesting art on display.

Rooms are looking a little bit tired, and the outdoor area upstairs no longer has any furniture so you can sit outside. Rooms don’t have much natural light.

Good but not my favourite.

The style of the hotel is very unique. Theres a coffee lounge perfect for working. Also I didnt use the pool but it seemed like a nice place to chill.

I would've liked that the room was bigger. And it didn't have windows so it felt smaller. Also it was a bit loud bcs the rooms are very close to the lobby. Overall it was good but not my favourite.

Great value, great location, stylish hotel, our go-to in Queretero

This is our second time staying at the Andy and won't be our last. King beds are comfortable, shower pressure great, clean, large rooms. Stylish hotel, great deal for the money, and very centrally located for historic area. Safe area.

Construction in the area, not the hotel's fault, meant that the entrance was dirty all the time and this carried in to our room. Given this issue, they should sweep or clean this area a couple times a day. Small pool only gets sun in the morning and early afternoon. Still, great value, and these are very minor complaints, and we already booked our next stay.

The best hotel in Queretaro from our point of view. The hotel is beautifully designed in the style of Andy Warhool with emphasis on every detail. The room was superb with a very comfy bed. The staff was super nice and helpfull as well. Hope to come back, highly recommended!
