The property is exceptionally good. The drive towards the resort is also scenic. The staff is really good, friendly and helpful.

The staff was very warm and friendly. Kumar, Mangesh, Pushpa, Shivarna made us feel like home. The food was VERY GOOD and home like. The property was clean and amid the backwaters.

Location. Peace. Food preparation was good. Homely.

During Day time AC as not the best because the roof was transferring heat to room. Less options to engage in activities.

The old vintage look, in photos it looks very preety. and in photos room size looks big.

Our experience did not fully match what was shown while booking. The pictures on the website showed a Superior Double Room with Balcony, but the room initially given to us was completely different and without a balcony. After several requests, the caretaker did change our room, but even that room was not the one shown in the photos. The caretaker seemed hesitant to make arrangements or respond promptly. The approach road to the property is quite narrow and requires an experienced driver. Reaching the property with a larger vehicle like an Innova is challenging. However, the property manager was kind enough to come and guide us on the way, which we really appreciated. Overall, while the location and surroundings are good, the experience could be much better with clearer communication about room categories and more proactive on-site support.
