In the heart of Charlevoix, La Malbaie, Villas des Érables (2 cottages), can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
Located on the mountainside with an area of almost 215, 000 square meters (53 acres) acres, our wooded land offers a spectacular view of the mighty St. Lawrence River as well as a private 2-km hiking trail. No construction or electric cables obstruct this dazzling view.
You are not simply renting a home but also a private 53-acre domain where you could explore all the activities that a mature forest can offer through our hiking trails. Two lookouts at the end of the property offer a secluded area to observe the ships.

Situated on the scenic river drive (route 362), the Villas des Érables is only minutes away from the main attractions of the area such as:
- Casino de Charlevoix, only 3 km away
- Parc des Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie, le Parc des Grands-Jardins
- Mont Grands-Fonds (ski resort)
- Domaine Forget (concert hall)
- Îles-aux-Coudres (island)

The MAISON CANADIENNE, can always accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people.
It offers 4 large bedrooms: one on the ground floor, two on the upper and a fourth on the lower level which also has a spacious family room equipped with a fireplace. You find two full bathroom and one powder room. Wifi, two fiber optic tv, bedding, towels, dishes and firewood are provided. An incomparably warm ambience in an environment of beauty and serenity awaits you. No trees, no construction (no neighbor's roof tops) or electric wires to obstruct this dazzling view on the St Lawrence River.

Maison spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, avec vue imprenable sur le fleuve Saint-Laurent. Terrain parfait pour s'amuser en famille dans la neige: raquette, igloo, glissades et bonhomme de neige. Sommes déjà venus et reviendrons.
