About this house rental
This is an apartment attached to home and we have 3 air conditioned bedrooms and the sizes of the bed rooms are from 320 - 340 sq.m. The floor is tiled and each bedroom has a private bathroom. The property has a nice view of the forest and it's 2.5- 3 km away from the city center. The famous Kandy Tooth Temple and the lake is within 3km and the tea museum is 1km away from the property. The guests like the view and the calm and quiet environment around the property. The area where the property is situated has a moderate temperature and it's always about 2-3 degrees lesser than the temperature in the city.
The breakfast is served for two guests in a room. Usually we serve English breakfast with little changes. ( sometimes local food is served in addition.)
Dinner is served on demand.
The rooms has free wifi facility. Two room are on the upper floor and one room is in the ground floor.
One room has a queen bed and the other rooms have king sized beds. The travelers with children under 10 years of age can keep the child with them free of charge.
As the property is about 2.5 away from the train station the guests usually take a taxi or a tuk to come up and the guests who prefer walking can go down to city centre walking.
Pick up from the station and Kandy city center can be arranged on demand.
Hiking and site seeing are popular activities in the area.
The guests can cancel the reservation 3 days before their arrival and it is free of charge.
English if used by the staff to communicate with the guests.
Check in time is 2.30 pm and the Check out time is 11.30 am..

After several weeks of backpacking and sleeping in rough beds, my friend and I were welcomed to an immaculately clean room. The beds were a godsend and the hot water a true blessing. Despite booking hours before arrival, it felt as if they had days to prepare. And the view, priceless.
