Size of room, shower could have high temperature and water pressure was high. Kitchen was nice addition. It is nice that room has solid table and nice chairs - very important thing when it comes to remote working.
The thing i did not like is from perspective of person that is working remotely. Those things might not apply to you. Internet is pretty wonky at the site. Owner of the site decided to use wireless wifi repeaters instead of connecting whole network by cable. This makes internet connection very unreliable and when i pinged 8.8.8.8 (google dns) i had 7% of lost packets with occasional latency spikes. Therefore it was hard when I was having meetings etc because i was losing connection in various meetings and voice was interrupted frequently. It is also worth noting that parking is outside of the property in front of the fence. Do not expect that you are going to have car inside.
