A delightful 1 bedroom apartment with sea-views sleeping up to 3 guests in the heart of Albufeira. This apartment features a modern kitchen (inc. kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer) and living/dining area with sofa bed (sleeps 1/2), double bedroom with large wardrobe, newly refurbished bathroom and spacious beach facing balcony. There is also access to a swimming pool with sun loungers for all guests.
The apartment also features air conditioning in both the bedroom and living/dining area, Wifi throughout the apartment, a television in both the bedroom and living/dining area.
The apartment is situated a short 5 minute walk from 2 large supermarkets, Fisherman's beach and the quaint Old Town of Albufeira. Dine on the balcony at sunset or walk down to the old town which has a large variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. There is also live music and entertainment in the evening, as well as many small shops to browse. A variety of excursions can also be booked from the Old Town for the days activities.
With its stunning panoramic sea and beach views and central location, this modern apartment is sure to provide all guests with a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Transfers can also be arranged from Faro Airport to the apartment upon arrival.

This was our third stay in this apartment. There is nothing not to like. We just love it. Walking distance to beach and old town. Short taxi ride to marina. Apartment is Clean and comfortable. Lovely big balcony with most stunning view!! Communication with James is always quick and easy and also a thank you to Debbie who dealt with my laundry request. I have no doubt we will return. I feel bad that I cant give a better overall review. its a very cute condo and beautiful view of albufiera. the issues were with the amenities in the unit. the towels were very bad as well as the kitchen untensils which were sparse and the knives would not cut through anything including sausage and cheeses. many lights were out, one heating unit would not work the caretaker could not help us with the TVs and get them working. I dont want to drive you away from this nice condo. just ask owner if the above have been resolved. you would be very happy here
