The rooms are very clean and the shower rooms as well.
The location is good.
The gym facility is excellent.
- The most disappointing is the internet which is very weak. You cannot even do banking with it, the speeds are too slow. For K2500 per night, this is unfair. If you are on a business trip, the wifi is a big let-down.
- The reception is very poor for such a hotel. There is no orientation whatsoever, as the staff seem to assume that the client knows everything and the whereabouts, but as a new person, this is not the case. Staff should orient people about the facility, where the restaurant is situated, swimming pool, location of a bar etc.
