The only things that's missing it's a balcony, but for this money you can not find better

Nice studio with everything you'd need for a few days at the seaside. Very close to the beach and the developing beachfront area. The host was friendly & communicative and sent very good check-in instructions.
The mattress was a little uncomfortable.
