About this house rental
This one-story ranch home, with a private POOL, is situated in a tranquil neighborhood and boasts a large kitchen and luxurious vinyl flooring. Enjoy plenty of space to relax with family, starting with the stylishly updated bathrooms, and then onto the large fenced backyard. Plus, it’s just a short walk or bike ride to the bars, restaurants, and activities of the Kemah Boardwalk.
Yard and landscaping is currently under construction , but is still accessible for swimming .
MAXIMUM 2 CARS PARKING SPOTS , NO GRASS PARKING
This spacious home is a 1/2 mile from the boardwalk in a safe quite neighborhood...guest have access to entire home excluding garage
Yard and landscaping is currently under construction , but is still accessible for swimming .
MAXIMUM TWO CARS PARKING , NO GRASS PARKING
Available at all times. we are next door , if you need anything
short walking or biking distance to the Bars, restaurants and activities of the Kemah Boardwalk
pool area is still currently under landscaping construction ,but the pool is available and accessible to guests
we have a strict no pets, no party , no smoking policy..
garage is off limits...
Please let us know if you would like use of the bicycles prior to arriving,.
All guests must be registered with valid government ID prior to arrival, and upon check in.
Any violation of house rules will result in immediate removal of all guests on property, with no refund.and loss of deposit.
$200 lost key and or lock out charge.
Leave home as you found it, do not move any furniture
Exterior cameras at entrances for safety Do not unplug router or exterior cameras
no sat check outs
no unregistered guests on property
host is not responsible for injury
We provide ONE towel , per person per stay and all bed linens.
we provide a washer and dryer
no Saturday check outs or check ins
firm check out time
all weekend holidays must be a 3 day bookings..
extra fee after 6 guests
please allow host to fix any problems
NO REFUNDS will be issued due to any breakdown of appliances, air conditioning or heating systems, TVs, or other electronic equipment
as repairs maybe needed from time to time., or anything out of our control ..we try our best to fix any issue immediately

Our host was phenomenal! She was so welcoming and responded promptly to every communication. The property was spacious with plenty of room for all and in a perfect location for easy access to the Boardwalk.

This house was perfect for the Family. It was comfortable with plenty of room. The Kemah Boardwalk and lots of Restaurants were very close. The pool at the house was chilly (March) but we all swam and loved it. The owners quickly responded to my questions. I would highly recommend to any Family visiting Kemah.

Mr. Mike and Ms. Patricia are great at communicating and accommodating. They provided great instructions, directions and local events information. They responded to any call or email promptly and the amenities were outstanding! I travel often and with my family and this was definitely one of the best trips weve had bc of the host team.
