About this house rental
The perfect place for when you want to get away! Beachfront property with private access to the beach. The house sleeps well over a dozen and is an ideal location for a large family or friends gathering. The property contains an empty lot for parking vehicles and beach toys, with access to the Cedarvue dock less than a mile away. Full kitchen on the main floor, master bedroom Queen with bath, 2 additional bedrooms on the main floor - one king bed one foldout. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with your own bathroom and in the basement you have 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom as well as a large living area. 1 king bed 1 queen bed and a room with4 bunk beds all in basement.A large deck off the kitchen provides the perfect lake view.

House was awesome and absolutely perfect for our needs. Great yard with green well kept grass for kids to play. Use of pellet smoker and flat top grill an added bonus. Really wanted for nothing as there were plenty towels, trash bags, refrigerator space. It was hot, so good air conditioning and retractable awning a necessary bonus!!

The place was huge and easy to get to from Denver. Lots of refrigerator and freezer space for a big group for three nights. At sunset the rear deck was the place to be.
The lake is about a 10 minute walk through the side yard gate- or accessed via 4 wheel drive through the campground. We used both to shuttle chairs and snacks to the beach.
Overall a great, memorable trip!
