About this house rental
Sugar Chalet has all the characteristics of mountain architecture and décor. This cozy three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home features high vaulted pine ceilings with a home office in the loft. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed with full-size bunk beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs. In addition, the Loft area has a twin sleeper. New kitchen and appliances, summer 2021. The kitchen features granite countertops, and custom cabinets, and is fully equipped. Enjoy the ambiance of an electric fireplace in the family room, which features an abundance of oversized windows along the floor and the ceiling providing southern exposure throughout the entire day and AMAZING sunsets. Be at peace on the huge back deck where you can sit and enjoy listening to the babbling brook that runs through the yard. This home also features a garage that is available for guests' convenience with an EV charging station. If you are looking for a place to stay and forget all your troubles and just RELAX, this is it. A New Heating/Air system was installed in 2020. No Smoking. No Pets. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

This cabin was stunning!! So pretty on the inside with amazing floor to ceiling windows facing peaceful woods and a babbling creek. Impeccably clean. Beds comfortable and bedding was nice. Whole cabin was nicely decorated with upscale finishes. The property seemed very new. Also, it was great to have a garage to park our car in. Kept it a little warmer over night. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was good, about 10-15 minutes drive to ski lift. We loved our time there and wished we could have stayed longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our quick trip to the mountains, we stayed mid-November. Our sole purpose was to experience s the local alpine roller coaster, which was everyone’s favorite and a must for anyone visiting the area. We’ve stayed in quite a few rental properties and this property was one of the most well-stocked properties ever. We brought everything we could possibly think of / what we’ve needed to bring at other rentals. We did not need anything! The cabinets were stocked with plenty of flatware, glassware, etc. - BUT - also stocked with all types of spices, ziplock bagggies, trash bags, soap (especially in the bathrooms), toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent (we didn’t need it, but if we did, it was there)... it had pretty much everything. We were all very impressed. We had also read some previous reviews that said the heater didn’t keep up well during cold spells, so we came prepared with extra blankets and clothes. We didn’t find that we needed those either. However, it didn’t get too cold. It was cold for beach folks though. 😉 Point is, there were plenty of extra blankets in the house for us. Our ONLY compliant, and we didn’t even notify the rental company over it while there, was that the oven didn’t work - well only high broil worked. We made due and learned how to improvise by baking / cooking on broil. Overall, amazing property and we would definitely stay again.
