About this house rental
The 3 bedroom 2 bath house is located right in front of the Pacific Ocean with stunning ocean view and magical sunset. It is in a very quiet town and close to San Francisco city and SFO airport (15 mins driving).
It is recently renovated with new smart appliances and furnishings. It is located at the end of the street with pretty good privacy. Our driveway has enough space to park 2 cars side by side, plus plenty of street parking.
You can check-in at anytime with smart locks even if your flight arrives at midnight! There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house. Master bedroom has a king bed, one guest bedroom has a queen bed and one has two twin beds. There are two single roll out mats and one air mattress for the groups over 6 people. You can cook for your group in the kitchen and enjoy the dining table in the kitchen with a unique ocean view.
We also set up a fire table set on the deck for you to enjoy the natural scenes. The beautiful Esplanade Beach Overlook trail right out of our front door. Restaurant and shopping center are within walking distance.
We tried our best to make our beautiful home comfortable and convenient by adding smart home devices, such as smart locks, google home, smart switches, smart appliances, etc.

Other things to note
Similar to the majority of homes in the area, our residence does not have air conditioning. However, with the cooler local temperatures, opening the windows allows ocean breezes to naturally cool the space.
Any unregistered guests or pets, regardless of overnight stay, will incur a fee of $200 per day per guest/pet, unless prior approval has been granted.

Property was as it was listed. Outside firepit would not stay lite. Only there for two nights, so didn't notify property management group.

We loved our stay, the house was spotless and we loved having the ocean right across the road. Great communication from the property owner as well. Would definitely stay again.
