Nice, comfortable place at the town centre, high quality service, but no AC.

Stylish and comfortable place at the town centre, close to public transport stations and parking lot. Very convenient furniture, good hygiene and impressive decoration. Polite, smiling and very helpful personnel. Free coffee and tea available at the reception.

The weather during my stay was extremely hot and the lack of air conditioning was horrible. I know ACs are not common in the area but it doesn't mean they are not a must have. The helpful receptionist offered me a fan that helped my survival.

My stay was generally good in a good location, very close to the Metro and a big shopping mall

There was no breakfast provided. But free coffee and tea was provided.

The bathroom was not cleaned every day. The pillows were too big for sleeping on. I asked if they could change the pillow for me but was told they can't and yet I was there for 3 weeks.

Location was great. So easy to get to and from. Plenty of amenities in the area. Girl at front desk very helpful and friendly.

Very dated, I assume new owners will be refurbishing. Showers very poor. No water pressure. No facilities at all in room. Tea/coffee etc. wasn't able to pay by card.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The bathroom was brand new, very modern, very nice with a rainshower. I even have a refrigerator in the room, which I find really nice.

The cleaning staff were noisy especially in the morning,.shouting in Arabic to each other. It woulde be nice to have a hair dryer.

Nope. Stifling hot rooms, no wifi, no water to flush the toilet.

Staff tried helping until it was time for them to go home. When telling them about our experience after our stay, it was stated that we were offered a new room where everything was working, which clearly it wasn't. I do expect to be able to sleep when I book a hotel. And use the offered wifi. And flush a toilet. No, not ok. No, not everything was working but quite the opposite.

The aircon didn't work, it was stifling hot, also the wifi didn't work, so we were offered a new room, where apparently everything was working. The new room seemed a bit cooler at first, but then the aircon seemed to be turned off in the building as the staff left at 6 pm. So we opened the windows to get some cooler air as it was, again, stifling hot. This was on a 30-degree celcius day. I walked past the opened window and tore my pants on the razor-sharp corner of the window. The wifi was on, but without connection to the internet. The hotel is next to a train and bus station so quite noisy. The whole area feels dodgy. Pillows not comfy either. After a long, hot sleepless night, we then found that the toilet couldn't be flushed as there was no water. We tried our best to flush it using the shower head but to no avail. The floors were quite dirty, too, and we ended up with black feet. This whole stay was because of a medical procedure early in the morning the following day. Of course, this was quite horrible after such a restless night.

Passable

Surprisingly comfortable mattress but the linens were sparse and uncomfortable being polyester or some other material that is not uncomfortable for the heat. Very thin pitiful pillows. Fortunately I had a travel pillow with me so I made do. After a couple of nights I finally encountered some staff though they're not consistently present. Staff is friendly and understands some English but not very efficient or mindful of guests time -- though they do seem to want to be helpful; I wouldn't consider it a professional staff that is mindful about managing expectations.

There isn't really much of a consistent reception and it is quite dated. Feels like you are in a 1980s time capsule. I picked up my key from the front desk which was left unattended with the other keys. I was annoyed as I picked this place over others because I expected a consistent reception before 6pm. It's a safe area so I felt okay eventually but it might not be the best for security minded solo female travelers. I think at one point a long time ago this was a decent place to stay but in it's current state it feels a bit like a vacant, dated hotel under construction. It has very little in the way of facilities or amenities. Felt like a low end budget hotel in the US so very overpriced for what it is.

Das Hotel Regina wirkt wie eine schlecht geführte Jugendherberge. Betten und Matratzen sind schlecht, die Zimmer sind hellhörig und der Wasserdruck im Bad ist schwach. Überall steht irgendwelches Zeug rum. Wer unbedingt in Sankt Augustin übernachten muss, der sollte eher "Das Augustin" oder "Hotel Hangelar" wählen.

Hotel mit Großstadtfeeling und Jugendherbergs-Vibe

Die Lage ist hervorragend: Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben einem Einkaufszentrum, bietet zahlreiche Parkmöglichkeiten und überzeugt mit einer guten Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Grottig und sehr ekelhaft

Es hat mir leider nichts gefallen.

Der Preis (mehr als 100 Euro) rechtfertigt nicht das absolut abgerockte und ungereinigte Zimmer. Scheisse im Klo noch vorhanden, Müll wurde nicht entsorgt, sondern stand vor dem Mülleimer und im Mülleimer, alle Handtücher waren gebraucht und lagen auf dem Boden, das Bett war nicht frisch bezogen, ein Handtuch lag sogar auf dem Kopfende des Bettes noch gebraucht. Alles in allem eine unfassbar ekelhafte Erfahrung.

Ideale Lage zur H-BRS und Gratis-Kaffee, aber stickiges Zimmer mit Geräuschkulisse

Die Lage im Zentrum mit Nähe zur H-BRS ist äußerst praktisch, wenn dort Veranstaltungen sind und es gibt kostenlosen Kaffee zum selber ziehen an einem Vollautomaten.

Das gebuchte Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage und wurde im Hochsommer sehr stickig. Durch die Nähe zur Straßenbahn und umliegende Gebäude mit Lüftungsanlagen konnte man bei geöffnetem Fenster eher schwierig zur Ruhe kommen.

Die Lage in Sankt Augustin ist sehr gut!

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es steht Tag und Nacht eine Kaffeemaschine zur kostenfreien Nutzung bereit. Es gibt eine kleinen Außenbereich, wo man sich hinsetzen kann. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Bad ist sehr schön.

Lage top, Rezeption gut ausgestattet. Bei der Sauberkeit kann noch etwas nachgelegt werden.

Gute Lage, Nähe zur Hochschule und Geschäften. Rund um die Uhr steht ein Tee und Kaffeeautomat und weitere Automaten für Snacks und Getränke zur Verfügung. Check in/out jederzeit möglich über einen Code. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Betreiber sich bemühen. Auch wenn ich während meines Aufenthaltes nicht einmal ein Personal gesehen habe.

Das Bad war zum Glück sehr sauber, aber die Nachttische hatten Wasserflecken und im Bettlaken waren ein paar Haare, so dass ich mir die andere Seite ausgesucht habe zum Schlafen. Im Zimmer stand ein Kinderbett, was ich nicht bestellt hatte. Das Hotel wirkte während meines Aufenthaltes (Donnerstagnacht bis Samstagmorgen) so verwaist, dass ich mich als einzelne Frau etwas unsicher gefühlt habe. Ich wüsste nicht, ob jemand hören würde, wenn man um Hilfe ruft. Ich glaube, das Hotel ist bemüht, aber muss noch etwas nachlegen…. Für die zwei Nächte und für mich alleine war es tatsächlich okay.

Habe das Zimmer kurzfristig gebucht. Rezeptionist war freundlich. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit TV und Kühlschrank. Neues Badezimmer. Bequeme Betten. Allerdings könnte der Kleiderschrank mal erneuert werden. Großes Plus: kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vorm Hotel und kostenfreier Kaffee und Tee für Gäste. Guter Anschluss an die Bahn Richtung Köln und Bonn. Würde wieder buchen.
