Serena Villa

Beautiful villa - great size for a party of 8. In a residential area but close to Ibiza town and Playa den Bossa.

It was so close to the runway that planes were flying over the pool area. The taxi click app did not work, possibly due to the airport security parameter. It cost us at least double for Uber and private hire. One thing that I will say, 4 hours after leaving the property we were informed there was 'damage' to the television and that our security deposit would be held. The company managing this property came to do an inspection whilst we were checking out, all was ok and then to be told there was damage is unacceptable. We were a party of 8 women who were not watching TV and there was no proof that we did anything like this. We broke one glass that we left visable to see. Be aware of this and make sure that you carry out a full inspection down to the cutlery in drawers. It is a lovely villa but this really put a sour taste and I would be aware of renting from this company again
