About this house rental
The terraced house consists of a ground floor with a patio and a first floor with the bedroom(s) and another bathroom. The house has been recently refurbished and it is in very good condition. Its walls being of dry stone make warm in winter and fresh in summer.
One of the rooms is a very spacious room with an outward facing window and equipped with a double bed (150 x 190 cm2) . The other room, of smaller dimensions (3,1 x 2,6 m2) is equipped with two single beds (90 x 190 cm2) and is an interior room. All beds are new and the mattresses are of visco-elastic material. The patio measures 5,4 x 2,9 m2 and is equipped with exterior dining room furniture. This house is the ideal gateway for a couple, with or without children, who is looking to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.

This house is a real gem. Clean, well equipped and with great character. Lovely peaceful garden/terrace. Neighbours are renovating (which Gabriel had notified us about), but we hardly noticed it. Easy to find parking, close to shops, restaurants and some of Mallorca's best beaches. We will return. Thank you Gabriel and Alejandra.

The house was in a great location within walking distance to some very good restaurants and short driving distance to super beaches.
Well equipped kitchen should you want to cook. Small bathroom upstairs but clean and adequate. Outside courtyard very private for eating outdoors.
Good communication with host. Santanyi is a great place to holiday close to many beaches and restaurants within walking distance. The town has a very friendly atmosphere with good market Wednesday and Saturday.

Zentral gelegen und für ein 2-3 Personen ausreichend. Schöner Sitzplatz im Freien und ein zweites Bad im Garten.
