About this bed and breakfast
Knoll House is a custom designed frame building with four bedrooms - each with private bath, and a great room with living, dining and kitchen areas. The master suite has a walk in closet and a private deck. The first floor bedroom is handicap accessible, and also has a private deck. Every room in the house has wonderful views. Both houses feature period furnishings, a collection of antique quilts, laundry facilities and satellite television.
Secluded but conveniently located, Knoll House is within minutes of the airport, historic Fairbanks, the University of Alaska Museum, riverboat rides on the Chena River, gold mining and the Alaska Oil Pipe Line.

This home is lovely, filled with antiques, great space and stocked exceptionally well! We had a family of 9, with several young adults and we fit well! The only thing to be aware of is that the house has a water tank, and you are requested to be conservative with consumption. That was a challenge for us given the size of our group, and wouldn’t stop us from renting again, but something to be aware of!
