Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are four security cameras installed at this home: one in the garage pointed at Lake Lyttle, one in a tree pointed at the front deck, one in the backyard tree pointed toward the back deck, and one in a tree pointed at the driveway. They do not record sound and are turned off when guests are in the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is the 4th time that our family has stayed at Casa De Colina and it’s the highlight of our year every time. The house is lovely and so relaxing to hang out inside or you can go kayaking on the lake that is right across the street. And a 5 minute walk gets you to the beach. Can’t ask for more! Looking forward to next year’s stay!

Why the louver doors? No privacy as the entire house can hear everyone one else cough, you name it. The house is gorgeous otherwise. The setting is lovely, on a lake with a 2 block walk to the beach. Crossing the highway must be done with vigilance for safety.
